Premade gift baskets usually ship within 3–5 business days, and most customers receive their order within 3–7 business days after shipment. Custom baskets may take a little longer since each one is made just for you, but Wanda will keep you updated every step of the way.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all premade basket orders of $100 or more (before tax and discounts). Orders under $100 will have shipping costs based on the size, weight, and destination of the basket.

To create a custom basket, simply reach out to Wanda directly through the contact form, email, or text. She’ll work with you to design the perfect basket for your occasion — from selecting items to arranging shipping.

Since custom baskets are personalized, they’re non-refundable. However, if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please let us know right away and we’ll make it right.
